Who Are We?

Rocky Mountain Remodels (RMR) was founded in 2015 and over a short period of time, owners Dan and Jonas have crafted RMR into a "family" of 10 dedicated craftsman. With over 35 years of professional construction experience between them, Dan and Jonas have hand-picked this "family" based on skill level, ideals, and passion for their craft. We use the term "family" because of the love, care and attentiveness RMR brings to all jobs and to our clients daily. We pride ourselves on delivering a polished finished product that meets even our Aunt's expectations.

How we became a family

Rocky Mountain Remodel is much more than just the founders Dan & Jonas, our subcontractors are members of our extended family as well. RMR works with the same crews consistently on our projects, our subcontractors reflect RMR's ideals, and values our client relationships on the same level as the RMR core team. All of our in-house craftsmen and subcontractors have gone through vigorous background checks before they are even considered to work with us. We know that our clients and homeowners want to feel comfortable with the RMR team working in their homes.

RMR's customers become members of our family as well. RMR strives to find the same appreciation for quality construction and communication in their clients. Home remodels, custom additions, renovations, etc are very labor intensive and require patience on both contractor side and the customer. We realize this and we let customers know this up front, the client's level of involvement is crucial in order to efficiently produce the highest quality product.

Working with Rocky Mountain Remodels

With over 30 years experience and 500+ completed projects, Rocky Mountain Remodels is a name anyone can trust. High quality craftsmanship is guaranteed, and full disclosure of pricing are the standards we provide to every client.

We start with a rough idea of what your project will cost, based on our vast experience. Then we have our (or your) architect or designer prepare preliminary drawings. This step involves a modest investment and provides a more realistic idea of what the project will cost. We also give insight of what your future space will look like once project is complete.

Our process starts with clients filling out the form on our contact page and then one of Rocky Mountain Remodels' founders will be in touch! After the initial call, we set up a walk through or consultation of your project, which will be done by none other than RMR's president, Jonas. Our clients have been known to call it the "Jonas Touch".

We use a Full Disclosure approach. You Receive a budget number for the total project, along with a line item breakdown. In short, there are no hidden costs or fees; clients can expect the same fair and honest deal we'd provide to any member of our extended family.

Clients each have their own dedicated project manager. Their dedicated PM’s only goal is to successfully complete the project to your satisfaction. Clients have a single point of contact to answer any questions or address concerns at any phase of the project.
